Yes — a two-way iCal feed. A Booking.com booking blocks the pitch on every other channel within minutes. The Connectivity API (full-data sync) is on the roadmap once we hit our first 100 customers.
A pre-arrival form is sent to the guest by email or SMS before they arrive. The guest fills in their details on their phone and uploads a photo of their ID. At check-in the receptionist verifies identity and clicks one button — the system pushes every guest into eVisitor at once. For groups (rallies, motor clubs) you can import a CSV.
Yes. The receptionist opens the walk-in form on a tablet, picks a free pitch, enters the number of nights and basic details. The system generates a fiscal receipt and registers the guest with eVisitor. Card payment (Stripe Terminal) or cash — all properly recorded.
You can book multiple pitches at once as a single booking with one payer. Each guest is still individually registered with eVisitor (the law requires it), but payment, fiscal receipt and communication run through one contact. The feature is in the next release — you can preview it through the pilot programme.
No. MareKey runs software fiscalization directly through CIS (the Croatian tax authority). If you have an existing fiscal printer, you can keep it for internal use. Our system generates a PDF receipt with JIR and QR code — the guest receives it by email.
Same as for apartments — Sail / Voyage / Fleet plans. Voyage covers up to 50 units, Fleet handles larger portfolios. Each extra pitch above the threshold is billed at a fixed yearly rate (€19/yr on Voyage). The Beacon tier is free if you only want a marketplace listing without a branded site of your own.
